May 2011: Customers Satisfaction results for spring 2011 indicate teachers and administrators have an overall satisfaction with ProgressBook at a rate of 92.4%.

​April 2011: Software Answers forms partnership with Goshen Local Schools to market, support and enhance the district-developed DataMap, a data analysis web-based tool helping K-12 districts increase student state-standardized test scores.

​March 2011: ACCESS, an Ohio technology center selects ProgressBook, becoming the 17th of 23 Ohio technology centers to provide ProgressBook to their school district customers.

​January 2011: Software Answers forms an internal Race to the Top team to ensure ProgressBook applications exceed federal Race to the Top Instructional Improvement Systems (IIS) requirements.

​June 2010: Software Answers becomes the developer of DASL Student Information System (SIS). DASL is the SIS developed by 16 Ohio Information Technology Centers used by over 75% of Ohio school districts.

​July 2008: Software Answers relocates to office space 10 miles north in Brecksville, Ohio a suburb of Cleveland, into a space with 23,000 square feet.

​2008: New Jersey’s 12th largest school district with 11,500 students, Cherry Hill Public Schools chooses ProgressBook for their district grade book and for parent and students to access student grades and academic progress.

June 2008: Software Answers closes its Microsoft Certified Training center to focus on product development and product training.

​May 2007: ProgressBook – GradeBook is selected by Orange County Public Schools (OCPS) in Orlando Florida as their online grade book for their 180,000+ students, 20,000+ teachers and staff. OCPS is the 10th largest school district in the U.S.

August 2003: SCOCA becomes the 16th Ohio ITC to contract to provide ProgressBook to their school district customers.

​June 2003: TRECA, WOCO, MDECA and SWOCA Ohio Information Technology Centers purchase ProgressBook for their district for the 2003-2004 school year.

​May 2003: Six additional Ohio Technology Centers contract to offer ProgressBook to their school district customers: TCCSA, OMERESA, NOECA, MECDC, MVECA, and HCCA.

​January 2003: ProgressBook ParentAccess introduced at Rocky River Schools. Over 200 parents log in in the first two days.

December 2003: NCOCC becomes the fourth Ohio technology Center to provide ProgressBook to their school district customers.
