Q. How do I get to ProgressBook ParentAccess? I can’t find it on your website.
A. ProgressBook ParentAccess is not accessible through Your school district probably provides a link to ParentAccess from their district website. If you cannot find the link on your district’s website, contact your child’s school for specific instructions.

Q. I forgot my username and password. What do I do?
A. If you have already entered your email address in your district’s ParentAccess website, from that ParentAccess login screen, you can request your login information be emailed to you. On the ParentAccess log in screen, click on the appropriate link under the login box to have your information emailed to you.

If you have not entered your email address in the ParentAccess website, you must contact your child’s school to request your login information. Software Answers’ staff does not have access to student and parent login credentials.
